What is SwipeJobs?

SwipeJobs is a talent marketplace that connects businesses with qualified freelancers and contractors. They allow companies to post details of available job vacancies. You as a ‘worker’ can list your talents, skills, and experience, and they will match your profile to the right job.

Swipejobs review, what is swipejobs all about

SwipeJobs also offers a variety of tools to help freelancers and contractors manage their work, such as a project management system, time tracking tool, and invoicing system.

How SwipeJobs works

Businesses can create an account on the SwipeJobs website and start posting jobs. Freelancers and contractors can also create an account and start applying for jobs.

When a business posts a job, SwipeJobs will match the job with freelancers and contractors who have the skills and experience that are required for the job. Businesses can then review the profiles of the matched candidates and contact them to learn more about their qualifications and experience.

Once a business has found a freelancer or contractor that they are interested in working with, they can hire them directly through the SwipeJobs platform. SwipeJobs will then help the business manage the project and track the freelancer’s progress.

As a worker, you need to download their app from the Apple Store or Google Play.

How Much Money Can You Make Using SwipeJobs?

That is hard to say. It really does depend on a number of factors.

It depends on your level of skills and experience, the type of jobs you apply for, and the rates you charge.

I noticed that some freelancers and contractors have reported being able to earn good pay rates on SwipeJobs. For example, on Indeed, the average hourly rate for a freelance writer on SwipeJobs is $30.

Here are some ways that you can increase your chances of getting more jobs on Swipejobs.

Here are some tips for increasing your earnings on SwipeJobs:

Create a strong profile.

Your profile is what either makes or breaks you. It’s the first chance to make a good impression. Make sure that it is clear and concise in describing what your skills and experiences are. Make sure that you use professional photos.

Be selective about the jobs you apply for

Do not apply for every job that is listed. Rather focus on ones that are a good first for your skills and experience.

Negotiate your rates

Do not accept the rate that you are not happy with. Do not be afraid to negotiate. Remember. that Swipejobs still takes their cut, so make sure that you come home with a fair rate for all services rendered.

Overdeliver

Always go the extra mile for your clients. This will help you to build a good reputation and attract more high-paying clients.

Cons of Using SwipeJobs

(1) Not all good jobs may be of good quality

Some workers have complained that the jobs on offer were in fact scam jobs. It would help if you watched out for this when applying for a job.

(2) Jobs are limited to the US only

Only if you are a US citizen, can you apply for jobs on Swipejobs.

(3) SwipeJobs may take a cut from your earnings

It’s not clear how much Swipejobs charges for finding you work. From my research, I learned that SwipeJobs charges a fee to freelancers when they are awarded a job. This fee can be up to 10% of the job value.

(4) Not a passive income-earning opportunity

It’s not a platform that will allow you to earn a passive income. If you would like to know how to earn a passive income online, then you can learn more here.

Who should use SwipeJobs?

What Are The Alternatives To Using SwipeJobs?

There are a number of alternatives to SwipeJobs, including Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.com. These platforms offer similar features to SwipeJobs, but they may have different pricing plans and fee structures.

So, is Swipejob a legitimate platform, and is it the right platform for you?

Let me answer that in the closing section of this post.

Is SwipeJobs a Scam? My Personal Opinion

Swipejobs is a legitimate platform and they have an okay user rating. However, I would not easily recommend their app to freelancers.

There are no guarantees of jobs, and the freelancers are not protected from mediocre or scam job listings. If you are looking to make money as a freelancer, then I would suggest yo look at other freelancing sites for now.

How I Earn An Income Online

I transitioned from the health field to the online world.

I faced a major health challenge that affected my ability to do my day job as a pharmacist, and I had no choice but to find another way to bring in the money. You can read my story here.

It’s thanks to affiliate marketing that I can earn a passive income online.

With affiliate marketing, you do not have to focus on recruiting people at all. There is no cold-calling or having “tea parties” or having to do any door-to-door selling.

It’s a great business model for newbies. Even if you have no marketing or any technical experience with website building and so forth.

You have the freedom to build your business around a topic or niche that you enjoy talking about. And you are not restricted to marketing only ONE product or service.

It would be my pleasure to show you more about how I made money with this business model since 2016. Let me show you how it can benefit YOU as well by clicking here.
