Ipsos Isay is marketed as an online rewards community. Apparently, they have millions of members all sharing their opinions by participating in their surveys and earning rewards.
Actually, Ipsos Isay claims that they exist in 50 markets globally.
The mission of the company is to make your opinion count. Using your opinion, they feel that they can make a difference by influencing brands, governments, and companies.

What Is In It For You? How Can You Get Rewarded With Ipsos Isay?
According to the official website, you get to take part in research studies, test out products and contribute to discussion boards and communities.
For every study that you complete, you will earn points and you can use them to redeem gift cards.
In my country, I can use the points to claim Woolies, Takealot, and Paypal rewards.
How Can You Join Ipsos Isay?
It’s free to join Ipsos Isay. You will need a valid e-mail address, and you need to choose a strong password.
Then there is a short questionnaire, and you have to give them your date of birth, and then you are all good to go.
You also have to provide them with a mobile number where they will send you survey notifications.
How To Earn Rewards With Ipsos Isay?
To increase your chances of getting surveys and earning rewards, you can do a couple of things. The first thing is to complete your profiling survey within the member area.
The more they know about you, the easier it will be for them to find you tailor-made surveys. The main issue that I had with completing these profiling surveys is that it was never enough for them.
You literally spend your precious time completing screener after screener and then end up waiting for them to get back to you. (which till now, I got no paying survey to do)
The second thing that you can do, is complete their special categories questionnaire. This is where they learn more about your ethnicity. It’s not compulsory to complete, but they claim that if you do it, it will help to pre-qualify you for existing surveys.
It takes a couple of seconds to complete this section.
To summarise, your personal profile is complete once you :
- General Information
- Special categories of personal data
- Consumption information
Are People Actually Earning Rewards With Ipsos Isay?
According to Trustpilot, Ipsos Isay scored 4.2 out of five stars.
However, a number of the recent reviews were very low ratings.
Some of the issues that people complained about were:
- Low-denomination vouchers were removed
- People’s accounts were automatically deactivated
- The support team was unreachable
- Rewards were not honored to qualifying members
The support at Ipsos- Isay did respond to some of these complaints. However, it was the same generic response. Take a look at the screenshot below:
In my country, the last positive testimonial was given in 2021. Since then no one shared any proof or earnings received.

Is Ipsos Isay A Scam? My Personal Opinion
I think that the quality of the services that the company provided in the past is not the same in the present day. I believe that there was a time when folks were getting surveys, and were able to earn rewards and maybe even cash. (that time is gone by)
I think that as we speak, there is no guarantee that users will get that much of surveys.
If I ever get my first paying survey, I will definitely update this article.
Bottom Line: Ipsos Isay is not a site that one can depend on to earn rewards or even money. Even if you were to earn money it would be small amounts. So, it’s not a site where you can earn life-changing money.
In my opinion, it a just a waste of one’s time and effort. You are also providing them with a lot of your personal information in exchange for a few points. It’s a raw deal overall.
