Welcome to my Systeme.io review. Is Systeme.io worth it? They say that cheaper is not always better. Does it apply to the Systeme.io marketing software? I bet that somewhere you might have read that the Systeme.Io is cheaper than the competitors. And you wondering whether or not this marketing tool is really worth it.

Well, rest assured, you are in the right place…

I previously used two other premium software tools in my online business. It was getting expensive, and my business was not taking off as well as I wanted it to at the time. I decided to switch over to Systeme.io.

Is Systeme.io a better option, did I make the right choice? Or do I regret the move? I will share my experience in this review.

When it comes to the running of your online business, or if you are thinking of starting an online business, you want would things to be streamlined.

So, the first thing that you have to decide is, what business model are you going to follow.

Are you going to learn high-ticket affiliate marketing? Maybe you want to sell digital products online? Or maybe you thinking of starting your own coaching and consulting business? And if you want you can even do your very own mastermind.

Systeme.Io will help you to present whatever product or service you are promoting. You can use the funnel builder or webinar to showcase the product. You can create a blog within Systeme.io where folks can learn more about yourself and the product that you are marketing.

1. Building Your Blog– How to Build a Blog With Systeme.io

If you want to build a simple blog, then Systeme.io can help you do it. They have a range of templates from which you can choose.

Here is a sample of what the site looks like.

As for the writing out of the content, be it posts or pages, they have a decent builder and editor in the dashboard section.

The editor gives you all the functionality as seen with a paid builder such as GenerateBlocks. You can add headlines, text, content, and social media boxes when creating your blog post. You can add a table of contents, images, and videos to the post as well.

They have a range of options if you want to add blocks to your articles. You can integrate opt-in forms, and customize the headers and footers, price plans, and testimonials to make your pages and posts stand out.

Of course, there are some limitations to using the systeme.io blog builder.

You do not have the option to customize it as you would if you had a WordPress website. In other words, you cannot add plug-ins or change themes to make your site look the way you want it to.

There is no SEO training to help you rank your website on Google search pages.

Don’t get me wrong, the end product of your website using Systeme.io is professional and neat. If you already have a social media following or know how to get traffic to the website, then this functionality is perfect for you.

2. Creating a Course/Membership Site-How to Create a Course Using Systeme.io

You can create the framework for your course or membership site within a matter of a few minutes on Systeme. io.

All you have to do is, go to the product/sales section and scroll all the way down to courses.

Then you can click on “add a new course.” I already started with one as you can see in the image.

Then it’s simply a matter of adding modules to your course. For the module design, you can choose from various templates. You can have a template that has the option to include a video or one without.

It’s all up to you!

You can then add students to your courses. You can choose whether you want students to have access to the full course content, partial access, or drip content.

Systeme.io also keeps track of the students that are enrolled in the course, and the money you made or are making with your online assets.

3. Creating Funnels With Systeme.Io – It’s Easy as ABC! – How To Create Funnels With Systeme.Io

This is one of the main reasons I bought Systeme.io. For its funnel builder functionality.

Initially, I was using Clickfunnels. It’s a fantastic funnel builder, but it’s also very expensive.

As I mentioned earlier, my business was not making enough sales that would allow me to comfortably pay for the Clickfunnels subscription. So I tried building my funnels on systeme.io

As you can see, I have built five funnels using the Systeme.io software.

To get started with building a Systeme.io funnel, you first need to give your funnel a name. Then you select what type of funnel you want to build.

Do you want a funnel to “build an audience,” “sell a product or service,” “customize your own funnel” or “run an evergreen webinar?”

Like with the course section, you have a range of templates you can choose from. The funnels come standard with a squeeze page and thank you page. You can add more pages if you want to.

It’s also very easy to build these funnels. You have elements and a blocks section where you can customize the funnel however way you want.

Once your campaigns are built, systeme.io offers a user-friendly interface where you can see everything that is connected to your funnel.

The last important component of your business is building out an e-mail series. This is the second most important reason why I bought Systeme.io.

4. How to Build An E-Mail Series/Sequence With Systeme.io

Why build an e-mail series in the first place? Good question.

You might think that having just a funnel marketing your product or service is good enough to make that sale, right?

That might be true, but it does not always work.

People might not buy whatever you are selling on their first visit. That’s why it’s important to get their e-mail address. By sending people your e-mail sequence, you are forging a relationship with your audience.

It builds trust.

Your subscribers will get to know you more. And eventually, when they are ready, they will buy from you. It’s all about giving value, offering helpful content, and showing people that you care.

The squeeze page is the first part of your funnel that allows you to have an opt-in.

An opt-in page allows you to get the customer’s details in exchange for a free gift, or course, or e-book (they call this a lead magnet) that you give.

Once you have their e-mail address, Systeme.io will store it in the section called contacts.

Once your build out your series, you can assign your existing contacts and new subscribers to your e-mail series.

How easy is it to build out an e-mail series using Systeme.io?

Very easy.

First thing, you need to go to “emails”. Then from the dropdown selection, go to “campaigns.”

Then all you need to do is create a new campaign. You need to name your campaign, and give it a short description.

Then the final part is to write an e-mail.

This would be the first e-mail of the series. Next, choose whether you want to use the classic editor or the visual editor. I usually stick with using the classic editor, but you can choose which one you prefer.

When you build out your sequence, you can choose when or how many days apart you want them to be delivered to your list.

You can even request a test e-mail to be sent to your personal mailbox before you send out a viral mail.

I was using another autoresponder service called Convertkit. I created two e-mail sequences with this software, promoting two of my major affiliate products.

It was easy to create the e-mail sequences with Converkit, but it was a bit challenging to integrate them with the funnels I created with Systeme.io. That’s why I made the decision to completely switch over to Systeme.io.

And not to mention that it was getting a bit heavy paying for both Clickfunnels and Convertkit.

Systeme.io allows you like with Convertkit autoresponder, to view how your e-mails are received. It shows you the CTR, open rates, etc. Basically, it gives you all the data you need to see which e-mails convert and which do not at a fraction of the price.

TO SUMMARIZE: Systeme.Io is the all-in-one marketing tool that lets you build a blog, create sales funnels, and webinars, and allows you to build e-mail campaigns in one PLACE!

How Much Does Systeme.Io Cost? How Much Did I Really Save With Systeme.Io?

They have a free plan option. The paid options start from $27/month all the way to $97/month.

What is included in the free option?

With the Systeme.io free plan, you can do a number of things. You can send an unlimited number of contacts to one campaign. You can create one course and have an unlimited amount of students enrolled.

You can build one website and post any number of posts to it. You can build 3 sales funnel pages. You can even A/B split test on your campaigns. If you are a newbie, that’s all you need to get started.

I am currently on the $27/month option. It allows me to have a maximum of 5000 email subscribers. I can build 10 funnels, have 5 websites, and incorporate 10 email campaigns. I am nowhere close to reaching these limits.

How much did I save?

Clickfunnels membership is $97/ month. As for Convertkit, I was on the pro version which was $25/month. That’s a total of $122/month.

For a year, it would cost me $1464. Using Systeme.io, my annual fee would be only $324. That’s a saving of $1150.

I could easily splash out on my tracking software and training platform and still have money saved.

1. Not easy to integrate with some 3rd party Autoresponders

Prior to the complete switchover from Convertkit, I had to use a service called Zapier to connect my e-mail sequences from Convertkit, to Systeme.io

And I could only do 3 integrations. If I wanted to do more, then I would have to take out a paid plan with Zapier.

2. E-mails are not sent out immediately (in some cases)

The emails that you create are deferred by their automatic spam filters. The team at Systeme.io manually checks and approves all e-mails. It may take time before they get sent out.

3. Unable to fully customize your website

Is Systeme.io Really Worth It?

Yes, it is worth it. You have everything that you need in one place to get your business started.

There are extra things that you need. You need to have an offer or product to promote. If you are a course creator, then you can jump straight into systeme.io and build your course.
