What is Talent Desire All About?

Talent Desire believes that they are one of the best recruitment agencies in the world. According to the official website, they serve clients in more than 121 countries. They also claim to specialize in more than 45 different industries.

The purpose of Talent Desire is to find temporary workforce personnel for businesses. As such they charge businesses for sourcing out the talent.

When a freelancer accepts a certain job, Talent Desire charges up to 5% for fixed projects and 3.5% for hourly projects.

As a freelancer, you do not have to pay Talent Desire for finding a job for you. Though you have to pay for a resume to be created, Talent Desire benefits from this as well. I will show you shortly what I am talking about.

How Does TalentDesire.com Work?

Talent Desire has job vacancies in a number of different work environments.

They claim to offer online typing jobs where you can earn between $60 and $120 per day. If you are in the medical field, then you can do medical transcription jobs where the pay rate is $90 to $180 per day.

Then you can do online tutoring where they will pay you $60 to $112 per day.

They are various other jobs categories such as:

  • Content Writing Jobs
  • Proofreading jobs
  • Translation jobs,
  • Online paid survey jobs
  • Affiliate marketing jobs, and
  • Freelance blogging jobs.

Note: none of these are job listings per se. They are merely general job descriptions.

The way that Talent Desire works, is that they want you to send in a resume, and once they have this CV on file, they will contact YOU, when a suitable job becomes available.

The rest of the website is filled with the same generic information. Nothing really helpful or convincing enough to show that these guys are the real deal. Next, I am going to discuss the red flags of TalentDesire.com

The Red Flags of Talent Desire

Red Flag NR.1: No Testimonials/ Or Feedback from Clients

The site claims to help freelancers find jobs, but there are no testimonials or success stories from anyone.

The same goes for feedback from businesses that utilize the services of Talent Desire to find staff. There are no endorsements from any company as well.

Red Flag NR.2: Bad User Rating From 3rd Party Review Sites

The only REAL feedback that you can find is from a third-party review site such as Trustpilot. The company has a really poor rating of 2.5 out of five stars.

Talent desire review, this is from trustpilot

100% of these ratings were 1-star ratings.

Some of the complaints of Talent Desire employees were:

  • People felt the site was just a bunch of empty promises,
  • People found the customer service appalling

Red Flag Nr.3: Pay Before You Can Earn

How exactly does Talent Desire make money? Well, one way is by monetizing their site with ads. If you notice there are tons of ads all over the place.

And the owners of Talent Desire actually get paid when these ads are viewed by visitors. So in essence, they do not have to do much else but get a decent amount of visitors regularly to their site.

But there is another way, they are making off you. Yes, you can actually help them to make money.

How?

When you decide to get a CV or resume done, you have to pay to get it done. And Talent Desire is possibly an affiliate of these companies.

That means they take a cut from it when you buy a membership plan.

Red Flag NR.4: Poor Grammar

Red Flag NR.5: No Real Owner

There is no owner transparency. When you click on their “about us” tab to learn more about the owners, or staff, you will see a picture of all corporate ladies.

At first glance, it might seem legit.

However, when I did further research, I learned that they used a stock photo image. Take a look below.

Is TalentDesire.com a Scam?

In my opinion, I think that it is.

It offers the promise of a nice job with good pay, but there is no proof that it has helped any freelancer get one. There are low ratings against the company, and there is no owner transparency.

I would recommend one stay away from the Talendesire.com website.

Are There Alternatives to Using Talent Desire?

Yes, there are.

It really depends on what you want to do. When it comes to online tutoring, transcription, translation, and call center jobs, there are all active income jobs.

That means that you have to physically do the job. It’s the exact same thing as with a regular 9-5.

If you are okay with that, then some alternatives are freelancing sites such as Fiverr and Upwork.

If on the other hand, you are looking to earn a passive income online or want to have your time and efforts to eventually REWARD you, then I can help you as well.

Affiliate marketing and blogging are ways in which you can build yourself a passive income business. You need to learn these high-income skills, and you need to have the right online business platform to teach you them.

I would recommend that you join Wealthy Affiliate. They have all the tools, training, and community support to help you to reach your potential. They even have a FREE STARTER membership which you can join.

How I Earn An Income Online

I transitioned from the health field to the online world.

I faced a major health challenge that affected my ability to do my day job as a pharmacist, and I had no choice but to find another way to bring in the money. You can read my story here.

It’s thanks to affiliate marketing that I can earn a passive income online.

With affiliate marketing, you do not have to focus on recruiting people at all. There is no cold-calling or having “tea parties” or having to do any door-to-door selling.

It’s a great business model for newbies. Even if you have no marketing or any technical experience with website building and so forth.

You have the freedom to build your business around a topic or niche that you enjoy talking about. And you are not restricted to marketing only ONE product or service.

It would my pleasure to show you more about how I made money with this business model since 2016. Let me show you how it can benefit YOU as well by clicking here.

Thanks so much for joining me on this Talent Desire review.

I hope that it has helped you out.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Roopesh
